Super Duplex S32750 Flanges, such as Super Duplex S32750 Weld Neck Flanges, Super Duplex S32750 Threaded Flanges, and Super Duplex Slip-on Flanges, are all available from Global Steel. We strive to provide high-quality products at a reasonable price to our consumers. Super Duplex Steel Flanges are subjected to a thorough quality inspection to verify that there are no flaws. All of our products are made to meet internationally recognized standards.
Table Of content
Super Duplex S32750 flanges are made from super duplex stainless steel that is delivered solution annealed. It combines the benefits of both austenitic and ferritic grades as a super duplex stainless steel. Pitting Resistance (pitting and crevice corrosion resistance superior to austenitic and duplex stainless steels in practically all corrosive media) and a Critical Pitting Temperature surpassing 50°C arise from the greater chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen content.
Super Duplex S32750 flanges are resistant to stress cracking in halide-containing environments. They also display resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. Super Duplex S32750 flanges have resistance to general corrosion and have high mechanical strength.
Many common electric arc welding procedures can be used to weld Super Duplex S32750 Flanges, although oxyacetylene welding is not suggested due to the possibility of carbon pick up in the weld metal.
The super duplex S32750 (2507) stainless steel alloy is largely utilized in the oil and gas industry for offshore platforms, heat exchangers, structural components, and architectural components. Super Duplex S32750 resists stress corrosion cracking and is pitting resistant, highly weldable, and adaptable, in addition to having extremely high tensile and yield strength values.
After either hot or cold forming, Super Duplex S32750 should be solution annealed and quenched. An annealing temperature of at least 1052oC is required for solution annealing. An immediate air or water quench should be performed after annealing. Heat-treated goods should be pickled and rinsed for the best corrosion resistance.
