In the presence of chemical media containing sulfuric acid, chlorides, nitric and phosphoric acids. Alloy 20 Instrumentation Fittings have outstanding corrosion resistance-particularly with regard to hot sulfuric acids when compared with conventional alloys like SS 316. We provide Carpenter 20 Instrumentation Fittings with nominal wall and minimum wall seamless ferrite intended for high-temperature service. Fine-grain materials, such as Alloy 20 Instrumentation Fittings, are appropriate for all low-temperature appliances, most transitional temperature appliances, and raised temperature appliances that require shock and corrosion resistance.
