Nickel 200 Valves are characterized by excellent resistance in alkaline media, high ductility in a wide temperature range, ferromagnetism, and high electrical and thermal conductivity.

Nickel 200 Valves are resistant to a wide range of corrosive media, including hydrofluoric acid and alkalis. Corrosion resistance is particularly good in reduced circumstances, but this is also true in oxidizing fluids after a passivating oxide layer arises. Resistance to alkali solutions up to salt baths is an exceptional feature.

Nickel 200 Valves have a lot of good qualities, which is why they’re employed in so many different industries. They are long-lasting, dimensionally stable, and have a smooth surface finish. These are corrosion resistant in both oxidizing and neutral conditions. They are employed in food handling equipment because of these characteristics. Nickel 200 can be recycled and they also have a relatively long service life. The excellent built quality also helps in lengthening its life span.

Valves of the given grade come in a variety of forms and sizes. Nickel 200 valves are used in liquid or gas processing applications to start or stop the flow, regulate or limit flow, prevent backflow, and relieve and regulate pressure.
