Due to these properties, it is used in food handling equipment. Nickel 200 flanges are manufactured in a variety of shapes and sizes and can be customized to meet your specific requirements. With different surface shapes and different pressure classes, it is suitable for different applications.
Nickel 200 Flanges are made of a 99.6% pure Nickel alloy, which is one of the hardest metals on the planet. Nickel 200 Flanges have good mechanical qualities, as well as good thermal and electrical conductivity. Nickel 200 Flanges are easy to build and highly resistant to corrosive environments because of their advantages and chemical makeup.
Temperatures of up to 600°F can be tolerated using Nickel 200 Flanges. They can easily survive in neutral and alkaline salt solutions. Nickel 200 Flanges corrode at a considerably slower rate in neutral and distilled waters. Nickel 200 can be hot-formed and cold-formed in any way. It also has strong thermal and electrical conductivity, as well as a low gas concentration, low vapor pressure, and magnetic characteristics. One major advantage of using Nickel 200 Flanges is that they are long-lasting and recyclable.
Nickel 200 Flanges are utilized in a variety of industries because of their qualities, including oil refineries, cement industry, chemical processing, petrochemical etc.
